To enrich my understanding of music, I pursued formal training at Mumbai University, earning a PGDM in Folk Arts and a diploma in Light Music. I also had the honor of studying at Hariprasad Chaurasia’s Vrindavan Gurukul and under the esteemed Shri Ashwin Srinivasan, specialising in the Gayaki ang technique of flute playing. These diverse experiences have not only shaped my musical style—ranging from folk and classical to jazz and Indian film music—but have also profoundly influenced my teaching approach. I’ve performed at various venues, including a memorable performance at Anant Ambani’s wedding as part of a flute symphony, and have collaborated with bands and projects in Bangalore and Gurugram.
